Vision, Mission and Objectives

To develop and implement methodological programs on professional development and sustainable quality improvement.
To qualify and train employees on the effective use of modern technologies in quality assurance processes.
To conduct research and studies, and to organize seminars, symposia, and workshops on the center’s area of specialization.
To participate in planning for human resources by providing and preparing requirements lists of human resources in terms of numbers and quality.
To support and implement Quality & excellence Council’s programs of developing and improving staff performance.
To plan and follow up the total quality programs of the university.
