Requirements for Higher Diploma in Dawah & Islamic Thought

Applicants for Higher Diploma must meet the following:

1. Must obtain "Bachelor" degree from the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized university in the required discipline for (qualifying) diploma program, and in any discipline for bridging and professional diploma program

2. Must attend an interview to be determined by the faculty.

3. Applicants from non- Sudanese universities must authenticate their certificates from the competent authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Sudan.

• The documents required are as follows:

1. Original and copy of bachelor's degree certificate.

2. Original and copy of university details certificate.

3. Original and copy of citizenship or passport.

4. Number of four photographs.

• Duration of study is two years.

NB:

Copies of certificates will be authenticated and original certificates will be returned to the applicant after being verified and matched.

Requirements for Higher Diploma Program

Applicants for Higher Diploma must meet the following:

1. Must obtain "Bachelor" degree from the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized university in the required discipline for the (qualifying) diploma program, and in any discipline for bridging and professional program

Requirements of Qualifying Year for (Master’s) Program

Applicants for Qualifying Year for (Master’s) Program must meet the following:

1. Must obtain "Bachelor" degree from the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences or

    its equivalent from a recognized university in the required discipline with minimum (Good)

    standard.

2. Or to obtain Qualifying Higher Diploma degree in the same discipline with minimum of one

     year study with a minimum (Good) standard from the University of the Holy Quran and

     Islamic Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized university in case of obtaining a

     "Bachelor" degree with less than (Good) standard.

3. Must attend an interview to be determined by the faculty.

3. Applicants from non Sudanese universities must authenticate their certificates from the

Requirements for Research-Based Master’s Degree Program

Applicants for Research-based Master’s Degree must meet the following:

1.  Must have completed a qualifying year from the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic

     Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized university with minimum (Good) standard.

2.  Must obtain a Higher Diploma degree in the same discipline with minimum of one year of

     study with a minimum (Good) standard from a recognized university as it must be qualifying

     for Master’s degree program.

3.  Must obtain "Bachelor" degree from the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences or

     its equivalent from a recognized university in the required discipline with Grade (Excellent)

     (hons) or (V.Good) (hons) standard.

4.  Must obtain "Bachelor" degree from the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences or

     its equivalent from a recognized university in the required discipline with Grade (Excellent)

     or (V.Good) standard and minimum of 3 year experience in the field of specialization, or

     must have had an academic production during such period.

5. Must obtain "Bachelor" degree from the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences or

    its equivalent from a recognized university in the required discipline with Grade (Good) and

    minimum of 5 year experience in the field of specialization, or must have had an academic

    production during such period.

6. Must attend interviews determined by the faculty.

• The documents required are as follows:

1. Original and copy of bachelor's degree certificate.

2. Original and copy of university details certificate.

3. Original and copy of Higher Diploma certificate or qualifying year SAC from the university.

4. Original and copy of identity card (identity card, passport or driving license)

5. Number of four photographs.

6. Experience certificate

• Applicants from non Sudanese universities applying for graduate studies programs are

required to authenticate their certificates from the competent authority at the Ministry of

Higher Education and Scientific Research, Sudan.

NB:

Copies of certificates will be authenticated and original certificates will be returned to the applicant after being verified and matched.

Requirements for PHD Degree Program

Applicants for (PHD) Degree must meet the following:

1. Must obtain "Bachelor" degree from the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized university in the required discipline with a minimum Grade (Good) or must obtain Higher Qualifying Diploma degree in the field of specialization within minimum duration of one year of study with a minimum (Good) standard in case of obtaining a "Bachelor" degree with less than (Good) standard.

2. Must obtain "Master’s" degree from the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized university in the required discipline with a minimum Grade (Good)

• The documents required are as follows:

1. Original and copy of bachelor's degree certificate.

2. Original and copy of university details certificate.

3. Original and copy of Master’s degree certificate.

4. Original and copy of passport

5. Number of four photographs.

6. Experience certificate

• Applicants from non- Sudanese universities applying for graduate studies programs must authenticate their certificates from the competent authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Sudan.
